Introduction

Valdorian, the young king, is hearing from his wisest counselor that he needs to find a wife. How can he be king without a queen? But no young lady he knows seems like the girl of his dreams. What should he do? He decides it is time to go on a quest. To find a princess will require a long journey to neighboring kingdoms. Maybe he will have to go further, even to the outer lands or to the unexplored regions beyond. Surely somewhere he will meet her. She must exist. But does she? And how will he recognize her?
